1. Place the boba pearls, water and sugar in your IP. 2. Cook at high for 2 mins. Allow to sit for 5 mins. 3. Allow the boba to cool about 15-20 minutes. 4. Mix the tea, sugar, milk and ice cubes and shake. 5. Divide the boba amongst four glasses, cover with tea and serve.
