1.  Wash potatoes thoroughly. 2. Poke holes liberally in the skin of the potatoes. 3. Place trivet in your Instant Pot. 4. Place potatoes on top of the trivet. 5. Pour water in the inner liner of your Instant Pot.

6. Close Instant Pot lid. 7. Set Instant Pot to High Pressure for 14 minutes. 8. Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes. 9. Release all remaining pressure and remove Instant Pot Lid. 10. Add desired topping to your potatoes and serve.
