– Hibiscus Flowers – Water – Truvia – Minced Ginger – Cinnamon – Lime Juice – Ice to Serve

How to make Hibiscus Tea

1. Add all ingredients except lime juice and ice. 2. Cook at high pressure for 4 mins.  3. The flowers will have settled to the bottom. Decant the liquid into a glass pitcher and add lime juice if you want a little more acidity. 4. This is a semi-concentrate, so serve over ice.

Tips and Tricks

- Use dried hibiscus flowers for this tea -  Feel free to substitute sugar or sweetener -  Add fresh lemon juice at the end for a tang - Break up a cinnamon stick or use a few pieces of cassia bark for a great flavor in this hibiscus tea.
