How to make Gluten Free Muffins

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin pan. 2. Combine almond flour, chia seeds, baking powder, and garlic. Make a well in the dry ingredients. Add eggs and beat, then pour in  butter and heavy whipping cream. Stir. Gently fold in the grated cheese. 3. Pour batter into greased muffin pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the tops are well browned.
