– Eggs – Korma Sauce – Water – Ghee – Cilantro

How to Make Egg Korma

1. Cut boiled eggs in half. 2. Melt the ghee in the pot or pan, and put eggs in cut side down. 3. Flip them over and let the whites brown a little bit. 4. Pour in the korma sauce and the water. 5. Once the sauce is well heated, spoon sauce on top of the eggs to heat them. 6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
