1. Add chicken, pork, or chickpeas along with onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, 1 teaspoon of the garam masala, salt, turmeric, and cayenne in your Instant pot.
2. Cook for 15 minutes at high pressure. Allow the pot to rest undisturbed for 10 minutes.
3. Add the remaining garam masala and stir well.
