How to make Chocolate Keto Pudding
1. Combine heavy cream, almond milk, Truvia, cocoa, egg, xanthan gum and whisk well. Cook over medium-low heat, whisking frequently.
2. Continue until the pudding is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
3. Remove from heat, then whisk in the vanilla extract.
4. Pour into a container, cover, and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
5. Serve with whipped cream.
