Cauliflower Breadsticks

If you've been doing a low-carb diet for long, you've probably grown accustomed to eating a lot of cauliflower in ways you never would have expected to before. These Cauliflower Breadsticks definitely work and I can't wait for you to try them.

What you'll need: 

– Riced Cauliflower – Dried Garlic – Ground Black Pepper – Italian Seasoning – Kosher Salt – Shredded Mozzarella – Eggs – Grated Parmesan Cheese

How to make Cauliflower Breadsticks

1. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. 2. Place eggs into large blender container. Add riced cauliflower, cheese, garlic, pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, and the shredded cheese. Blend on low speed until well-incorporated.

3. Pour the cauliflower mixture into pan, and pat the dough into an even layer, 1/4 inch thick. 4. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with  Parmesan cheese. 5. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes. Remove and slice into 8 breadsticks.
