INGREDIENTS

Ribeye Steak Onions Bell Peppers Cheese Hoagie Rolls Butter or Oil Salt and Pepper

PREP THE STEAK

Thinly slice the ribeye steak while it’s slightly frozen for easier cutting. Season the slices with salt and pepper.

PREHEAT GRIDDLE

Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil and let it heat up.

COOK VEGGIES

Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the griddle. Sauté until softened and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Push them to one side.

SEAR THE STEAK

Add the seasoned steak slices to the griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Combine the cooked steak with the veggies.

Butter the inside of the hoagie rolls and place them on the griddle. Toast until golden and crispy.
