INGREDIENTS

Pork Tenderloin Garlic Olive Oil Crushed Red Pepper Rosemary Oregano

STEP 1

Place the pork tenderloin in a mixing bowl with oil and all of the spices

STEP 2

Put the bowl in the refrigerator and allow the flavors to meld for at least 30 minutes

Place foil in the air fryer basket and place the pork tenderloin on top of the foil.

STEP 4

Cook the pork tenderloin at 400F for 18-20 minutes, flipping half way through.

STEP 5

Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. Once it reaches 145F, remove the pork tenderloin from the air fryer and allow to it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
