– Jalapeños – Bacon – Cream Cheese – Cheddar Cheese – Cayenne Pepper

STEP 1

Using disposable gloves, carefully cut jalapeños lengthwise from the stem to the tip of the pepper.

Use the back of a spoon to carefully remove all of the seeds from the jalapeños

STEP 3

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the body of the peppers until it is level with the top of the halved pepper.

STEP 5

Wrap a strip of bacon around the cream cheese stuffed jalapeño, ensuring the ends of the strip of bacon are on the underside of the pepper.

STEP 6

Place the stuffed peppers directly into your air fryer basket.

STEP 7

Set your air fryer to 325F. Cook without flipping or turning for 12 minutes or until the cream cheese is bubbly and the bacon is cooked to your desired doneness.
