– Whole Black Peppercorns – Sichuan Peppercorns – Kosher Salt – Sugar  – Shrimp – Rice Flour – Oil

How to make Air Fried Salt and Pepper Shrimp

1. Heat a saucepan on medium heat and roast the black peppercorns and sichuan peppercorns together for 1-2 minutes. Allow them to cool. 2. Add salt and sugar, crush the spices together. 3. Place shrimp in a bowl. Add the spices, rice flour and oil, and mix well until the shrimp are coated.

How to make Air Fried Salt and Pepper Shrimp

4. Place the shrimp in the airfryer basket. You may want to use a rack, and place half the shrimp in the basket and the other half on the rack. 5. Spray well with additional oil. 6. Set the air fryer to 325F and cook for 8-10 minutes, tossing halfway through.
