– Concentrated Tamarind Paste – Hot Water – Kosher Salt – Cayenne Pepper – Agave Nectar – Ground Cumin – Ground Coriander – Splenda

How to make Tamarind Sauce

1. Mix water and tamarind paste. 2. Add all other ingredients. 3. Microwave for 5 minutes.  4. Taste and adjust.  5. Serve with fritters, latkes, tater tots, french fries, or use as a glaze for grilled meats.
