1. Whisk together cream, almond milk, almond flour, Truvia, crushed saffron and cardamom.
2. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is boiling, whisking to prevent lumps. Turn down the heat and cook until it's the consistency of a thin pancake batter.
3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Sprinkle with ground cardamom before serving.
