How to Make Asparagus and Mushrooms Stir Fry
1. Stir together chicken stock, soy sauce, sesame oil, sambal olek, salt, Splenda and xanthan gum. Set aside.
2. Heat a skillet and once it is hot, add in oil. Add ginger and garlic and stir. Quickly add in asparagus and stir. Cover and cook for 1 minute.
3. Use ¼ cup of water to deglaze the pan.
