How to make perfect Instant Pot Pork Chops
1. Sear if desired, but, once you pressure cook, that sear will die a small little death.
2. Deglaze the pot thoroughly. Add about ¾ cup of liquid (of your choice) for 4 pork chops.
3. Cook on high pressure for ZERO minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, and then release all remaining pressure.
