Ingredients

sweet potatoes

Instructions
Thoroughly wash your sweet potatoes.
Place a trivet in the Instant Pot liner.
Lay the four sweet potatoes on top of the trivet.
Add one cup of water to the Instant Pot liner.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and cook under high pressure for 15 minutes.
Once the cook time has been completed, allow the pressure to release for 10 minutes naturally. Quickly release any remaining pressure.
Remove the Instant Pot lid and remove the sweet potatoes.
Slice lengthwise down the sweet potato and add your favorite toppings.
