You can enjoy this Prosciutto Wrapped Brie with some low carb crackers, some bread, or even just dig straight in with a fork or spoon.
Do not try this with bacon, else you will have either raw bacon, or overcooked brie. The two have very differnet cooking times, and I tried and failed twice, before I decided to use proscuitto.
To make this in an air fryer, set the air fryer to 350F and monitor it carefully. Once you see the proscuitto crisping up, the cheese is probably melted. You will need to put it into a small pan to hold the cheese in place.
