Slice the meat as thinly as you can. In a medium bowl, toss the meat with the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside.
In a medium bowl, toss the onion and pepper slices with the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place the meat and vegetables vegetables in the air fryer basket.
Set the airfryer to to 400°F. and cook for 15 minutes, tossing once or twice until the meat and vegetables are cooked through.
Remove the meat and vegetables, cover, and set aside.
Spread the insides of the rolls with the butter. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket, top sides down, for 3 minute or until lightly toasted. Remove the rolls from the basket and set aside. You can choose to skip this step.
Divide the meat and vegetables between the two rolls. Top with peppers and onion. Top each with a slice of cheese. Heat for 2 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
For a low carb option simply omit the hoagie rolls. The Meat, cheese, and veggies are deliciously keto, and a serving clocks in at 4 gms of carbs!
