Instructions
Prepare The Meatballs
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, milk, egg, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, typically about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
Dredge each meatball in flour, shaking off any excess.
Fry The Meatballs
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Carefully add the meatballs to the hot oil, working in batches if necessary.
Cook the meatballs until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set them aside.
Make The Gravy
In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Stir in flour and cook for a minute until it turns golden brown.
Gradually whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, making sure there are no lumps.
Add heavy cream and continue to stir until the gravy thickens and becomes smooth.
Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine And Serve
Return the cooked meatballs to the skillet with the gravy.
Allow the meatballs to simmer in the gravy for a few minutes, ensuring they are heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
