Instructions
Slow Cooker Ground Beef
Place the ground beef into the slow cooker and gently break it up into chunks with a spatula.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the ground beef is fully cooked and no longer pink.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the ground beef from the slow cooker, and drain any excess liquid.
Stove Top Ground Beef
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and use a wooden spoon or spatula to break it up into small pieces as it cooks.
Cook the ground beef until it is browned and fully cooked through. This should take about 8-10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the ground beef from the skillet, and drain any excess fat.
Instant Pot Ground Beef
Turn on the Instant Pot and select the “Sauté” function.
Add the ground beef to the Instant Pot and use a wooden spoon or spatula to break it up into small pieces as it cooks.
Cook until the beef is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the ground beef from the slow cooker, and drain any excess liquid.
Air Fryer Ground Beef
Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
Place the ground beef in a single layer in the air fryer basket, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the beef reaches 160F.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the ground beef from the air fryer, and drain any excess fat.
