Preheat your air fryer to 400F. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, buffalo sauce, green onions, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. You should be able to make about 20-25 meatballs.
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper and air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
To Make The Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of buffalo sauce and 2 tbsp butter over medium heat until it's hot and bubbly.
When the meatballs are done, transfer them to a serving platter and serve them covered with the warm buffalo sauce. You can also serve the meatballs with buffalo sauce on the side for dipping.
