Slice your chicken breasts into cutlets or use a meat tenderizer to pound them thin. Approximately 1/2" thick.
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
In a separate dish, beat the eggs.
In a third dish, mix together the breadcrumbs.
Dip the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, coating them evenly. Then, dip them in the beaten eggs, making sure they are well coated. Finally, coat the chicken in the breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken breasts in your air fryer basket and spray lightly with oil. Cook at 380F for 15-17 minutes.
10 minutes into the cooking cycle, flip the chicken breasts and spray them with additional oil.
Allow the chicken to finish cooking and remove it from the air fryer basket.
Make the Hot Honey Sauce
While the chicken is cooking, warm the butter in a saucepan on your stovetop. This step can also be done in the microwave if needed.
Once the butter is melted, whisk in the garlic and onion powder.
After the spices are dissolved in the butter, add the hot sauce and continue stirring.
Slowly drizzle in the honey until it is warmed and the sauce is smooth.
Drizzle over the cooked chicken breasts and serve.
