Add the ground chicken, egg, almond flour, half and half, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowl.
Gently mix together all of the ingredients until thoroughly combined, using caution not to overmix.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press the chicken meatloaf mixture into the bottom of the pan.
Bake the meatloaf for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Coat the loaf with the glaze, serve, and enjoy!
To Make The Glaze
Whisk together the tomato sauce, Stevia, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
Brush the tomato glaze over the top of the chicken meatloaf and enjoy!
