Mayonnaise
Instructions
Place the ground turkey in a large bowl with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Use a silicone spatula or your hands to incorporate the spices into the ground turkey. Then, separate the meat into four round 1/4 pound patties.
Once your patties are made place the patties in the air fryer basket, taking care not to let them overlap.
Air fry the turkey burgers at 375F for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking cycle.
Check the temperature of the patties to insure the internal temperature is at least 165F. If it is, remove them from the air fryer basket and serve.
