Ingredients
For The Meat Layer

lean ground beef

Low Sugar Marinara Sauce

For The Cheese Layer

ounces
ricotta cheese

mozzarella cheese

parmesan cheese

eggs

minced garlic

Instructions
For The Meat Layer
Heat an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the ground beef, celery, onion, and garlic.
Cooks the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until no longer pink. This should take around 5-6 minutes.
For The Cheese Layer
In a large bowl, stir together the ricotta, half of the mozzarella, the parmesan, eggs, italian seasoning, minced garlic, garlic powder, and pepper.
Spread the cheese mixture over the top of the meat mixture.
Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover and cook on medium-low heat until the cheese is hot and cooked through. This should take 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the broiler. Broil the lasagna until the top is browned. About 2-3 minutes.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
