Heat a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and when the oil is hot add the sausage. Cook the sausage for about 2-3 minutes until it is browned.
Add in broccoli and ¼ cup of water and immediately cover with a lid.
Remove lid and stir at the 5 minute mark when the broccoli is relatively thawed. Check the broccoli for doneness after 7-8 minutes
Mix in sliced red bell pepper. You want this a little crunchy which is why you’re mixing it in at the last minute
Add salt, and butter and mix well. Serve.
Vegetables. Don't overcook your veggies. I put in the peppers last minute, because you will want them to be crunchy.
Non-Keto Family. Cooking for family that isn't Keto? Simply serve this over a bed of rice.
