Place the oil, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper and water in the Instant Pot and stir.
Add the green beans and stir.
Close the lid and press PRESSURE COOK and cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 4 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes and then release all remaining pressure.
Mix in lemon juice and parsley, and serve.

I like to serve this with feta cheese on the side, and slices of good, crusty, toasted bread.
This Greek Green Bean recipe also goes very well over rice.
To make this low carb just omit the potatotes, and substitute turnips instead.
