Close the lid and select PRESSURE COOK and cook at HIGH for 25 minutes. Let the pot rest undisturbed for 20 minutes. Then release any remaining pressure.
Add any toppings if using, and serve.
Do not rush the 10 minutes NPR time, as that is important to help finish the cooking the rice.
