Frozen Broccoli
thawed

Chicken Bouillon Paste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a
large bowl
, mix together broccoli, chicken, onions, cream, cheddar cheese, chicken bouillon, and pepper.
Tip the mixture into a
9-inch baking pan
or pie pan. Top with sliced almonds and shredded parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
This is a pretty straightforward mix and bake recipe so I don't have a lot of tips. But this can as easily be made in a microwave as in the oven.
Since it uses cooked chicken and frozen broccoli, it's a great recipe to make for one person or four people at a time.
If you want to use fresh broccoli for this, cut it into small florets, and lightly steam it for a little bit before adding to the casserole.
You could also use cauliflower in this recipe.
