1. In food processor, process coconut oil, whipping cream, Da Vinci® Sugar Free Syrup, butter, chocolate whey protein, powdered milk, cocoa and erythritol.
2. Stir in 3/4 cup coconut.
3. Press into lightly greased 8 X 8 square pan.
4. Sprinkle remaining coconut over top and press coconut into mixture with back of a soup or dessert spoon.
5. Refrigerate until firm.
