How To Make Smoked Salmon and Cheese Appetizer
1. Mix mascarpone cheese, onions, lemon juice, capers, chives, salt and pepper. Cut salmon into pieces.
2. Use either a biscuit cutter to get perfect circles.
3. Cut a salmon slice in half. Place the two halves on the plate. Top with ¼ of the cream cheese mixture. Top with an additional slice of salmon cut in half.
4. Sprinkle chives on top. Refrigerate and serve.
