9. Put the coconut oil in a hot cast iron pan.
10. Lay the shredded meat in a flat layer and let it brown undisturbed.
11. When it's partially brown, stir it and keep cooking until it's crispy.
12. Once it's well crisped, put in a little of the concentrated broth.
13. Serve with guacamole, salsa, sour cream or low carb tortillas, or eat plain.
