How To Make Pork Belly Cabbage Soup
1. Heat a saucepan over high heat. Add pork belly and turn heat to medium. Sauté until meat is cooked.
2. Remove all but 2 tablespoons-ish of the fat.
3. Add shredded cabbage and mushrooms and stir.
4. Pour in broth, miso paste, and sesame paste and stir. When boiling, remove the pot from the heat. Stir in vinegar and serve.
