How To Make Pan-Fried Pork Chops

1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat a pan on medium high. Add oil. Place pork chops into the pan in a single layer. 2. Cut onion and cabbage. 3. When the pork chops are fully browned on one side, flip. Allow the other side to brown. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove the chops, cover with foil and set aside.
