How to make Pakistani Karahi Chicken
1. Heat your Instant Pot Gem on Sauté to 400F and when it's hot, add in the oil.
2. To the hot oil, add the ginger. Note that I cut the ginger quite small. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the chicken and let the chicken sear.
4. Add tomatoes and stir.
5. Mix in spices and stir.
