1. Finely mince the onions, garlic, and ginger.
2. Turn the IP to Sauté and add the vegetable oil.
3. Once the oil is hot, add the vegetables and stir.
4. Add the rending paste and stir, allowing the paste to roast for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the skirt steak and stir to coat with the spices, about 2 minutes.
