How to make Low-Carb Cheesecake

5. Take a springform pan and line the sides with parchment paper. 6. Pour the mixture and cover the pan with foil. 7. Place a trivet in the Instant Pot. Add 1 cup of water into Instant Pot. 8. Place the foil-covered pan on top of the trivet. 9. Close the lid, set on high pressure for 20 minutes.

10. Mix up the sour cream and swerve. 11. Take out the cheesecake and spread the topping all over it. Add sliced berries to the top if desired. 12. Put it in the fridge and leave it alone.  13. When ready to serve, pull out parchment paper, unbuckle the sides of your springform pan, and serve on top of the pan bottom.
