Keto Sushi

This Keto Sushi is a low carb recipe that is no roll, no rice, no fuss, but still delicious take on a spicy tuna salad.  This method gives you the taste you crave without the work of rolling up the sushi!

What You'll Need

– Knives – Cutting Board – Sushi Grade Tuna –  Cucumbers – Avocado – Red Onion – Mayonnaise – Lemon Juice – Sriracha Sauce – Kosher Salt – Nori – Black Sesame Seeds – Sesame Seeds

How to make Keto Sushi

1. Dice sushi-grade quality raw tuna. Add to a large mixing bowl with chopped cucumbers, avocado, and red onion. 2. Lightly toss together with tuna with a spatula.

3. Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and sriracha. 4. Pour the dressing over the top of the tuna and chopped veggies.

5. Optional: Chop Nori into a chiffonade and use as a garnish. 6. Add a combination of black and white sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
