How To Make Keto Shrimp Scampi

1. Turn air fryer to 330F. Place metal pan in it and allow it to start heating. 2. Place butter, garlic, red pepper flakes into hot pan. 3. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes, stirring once.  4. Open air fryer, add butter, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, chives, basil, chicken stock, and shrimp to the pan, stirring gently.

5. Allow shrimp to cook for 5 minutes, stirring once.   6. Mix very well, remove pan, and let it rest for 1 minute. 7. Stir at the end of the minute. The shrimp should be well-cooked at this point. 8. Sprinkle additional fresh basil leaves and enjoy.
