Keto Sausage and Broccoli

Make an easy 3-ingredient Keto meal out of this Keto Sausage and Broccoli dish.  It also makes an excellent simple, versatile, low carb side dish.

What you'll need: 

– Skillet – Olive Oil – Smoked Sausages – Frozen Broccoli – Water – Butter – Kosher Salt – Red Bell Pepper

How to make Keto Sausage and Broccoli

1. Heat a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and when the oil is hot add the sausage. Cook the sausage for about 2-3 minutes until it is browned. 2. Add in broccoli and ¼ cup of water and immediately cover with a lid.

3. Remove lid and stir at the 5 minute mark when the broccoli is relatively thawed. Check the broccoli for doneness after 7-8 minutes. 4. Mix in sliced red bell pepper. You want this a little crunchy which is why you’re mixing it in at the last minute

5. Add salt, and butter and mix well. Serve.
