How to Make Keto Salted Caramel Pecan Pralines

1. Lay out parchment paper on a baking tray. 2. Heat butter, heavy whipping cream and Truvia in a saucepan, over medium heat. Whisk to stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Whisk frequently until the mixture is foamy, thick, and a light tan. 3. Add in pecans and stir. Pour the mixture onto the pan and spread around. Allow to cool and break into 8 pieces.
