1. Mix gelatin and water in a small bowl. Stir well until the gelatin in completely dissolved.
2. Using a whisk, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly pour in the gelatin mix and continue to whip until well incorporated.
3. Pour into 4 small ramekins. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
