1. Spray a baking sheet with a keto-friendly cooking spray. 2. Place the flank steak into a bowl. Add in the flank steak, oil, lemon juice, and the Spicy Meat rub. Mix well with your hands. Set aside and let this marinate while you chop the vegetables.
