This Keto Eggnog Custard is rich with the eggnog flavors you've come to love in a rich and creamy custard form. Plus it's low carb, gluten-free, and only takes 5 ingredients to make!

– Eggs – Half and Half – Heavy Whipping Cream – Truvia – Ground Nutmeg

How to make Keto Eggnog

1. In a blender on low speed, blend together eggs, half and half, whipping cream, Truvia and ground nutmeg. 2. Pour mix into a bowl. 3. Cook in your microwave at 50% power for 4 minutes. 4. Continue to cook at 50% power for an additional 3-4 minutes. Stir well. 5. Serve either hot or cold.
