Eggs Half and Half Heavy Whipping Cream Truvia Ground Nutmeg

STEP 1

In a blender on low speed, blend together eggs, half and half, whipping cream, Truvia and ground nutmeg, taking care to not whip air into the mixture.

STEP 2

Pour mixture into a 6-cup microwave-safe bowl, preferably a see-through glass bowl to keep an eye on it.

STEP 3

Cook in your microwave at 50% power. This 50% thing is REALLY IMPORTANT. Do not use at full power unless you want scrambled eggs in your custard (ask me how I know). Stir thoroughly.

Continue to cook at 50% power for an additional 3-4 minutes. Stir well.
