Keto Buffalo Cauliflower

What You'll Need

– Cauliflower – Garlic – Vegetable Oil – Kosher Salt – Hot Sauce – Butter – Worcestershire Sauce

How to Make Keto Buffalo Cauliflower

1. Chop the cauliflower into evenly-sized florets. 2. Cut each garlic clove and smash them down with the side of your knife. Add this to the cauliflower. 3. Pour over the oil and add salt. Mix well until the cauliflower is well-coated with the oil and salt. 4. Turn your air fryer to 400F for 20 minutes and add the cauliflower, flipping once at the halfway mark.

Make the Sauce

1. Make the sauce. Whisk together the hot sauce, butter, and Worcestershire sauce. 2. Pour the hot sauce over the cauliflower and mix well. 3. Place the cauliflower back into the air fryer. Set it to 400F for 3-4 minutes to let the sauce set a little. 4. Serve with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing
