1. Chop the cauliflower into evenly-sized florets and put them in a bowl. 2. Cut each garlic clove into 3 pieces and smash them. Add this to the cauliflower. 3. Pour over the oil and add salt. Mix well. 4. Turn your air fryer to 400F for 20 minutes and add the cauliflower.
