How to Make Keto Buffalo Cauliflower
1. Chop the cauliflower into evenly-sized florets.
2. Cut each garlic clove and smash them down with the side of your knife. Add this to the cauliflower.
3. Pour over the oil and add salt. Mix well until the cauliflower is well-coated with the oil and salt.
4. Turn your air fryer to 400F for 20 minutes and add the cauliflower, flipping once at the halfway mark.
