How To Make Low Carb Keto Cauliflower and Cheese

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and  cover with aluminum foil. 2. Place water in the IP, and place the pot on the trivet. 3. Set your IP to 5 mins at High, and allow it to NPR for at least 10 minutes. 4. Heat the oven broiler and place the cooked cauliflower under it, and broil until the cheese is brown and bubbling.
